  The WORST pharmacy service I have ever experienced. I've been coming here for prescriptions for 3 years and every time I come in to pick it up after either calling or having the dr fax it HOURS ahead of time, I'm told, that will be "at least another 15-20 min!" They are SLOW and RUDE and could not care less that you are waiting. The last time I went in there, 3 of them are standing around doing nothing but it'll be another 20 min. They all act like their customers have seriously inconvenienced them by coming in. We are NOT going back. Do NOT waste your time. Go elsewhere!

  Typical of the two other Shopper's Drug Marts I've been to. Pharmacy service is quite bad; they messed up the dosage on a prescription. When I questioned them on it, they realized the mistake but furthered the error by resubmitting the prescription (so now there's 2 almost the same on file, just different doses). Many times they aren't able to completely fill a prescription, so they give part & don't always tell you... then when you go to get rest, they treat you like you're the idiot! So not ever using any Shoppers if at all avoidable.
