  Dr. Esther takes the time to listen, and understand where you are coming from as a cat owner, and takes in the whole picture. She discusses complicated treatment plans from a place of understanding and experience. The ladies (and the office kitty greeters) are always friendly and willing to help out with medications and specific food orders. I have a very special needs cat, and so far, his treatment has been top notch. Dr. Esther tries to stay ahead of the curve with new medications and techniques for treating all types of issues.

  When I wasn't sure if my cat had eaten a toxic plant, the Cambridge Cat Hospital was the only clinic I called who weren't alarmist or prepared to charge me several hundred dollars for care he might not require. They saw my cat almost right away, assessed his present symptoms and treated him as effectively as possible without going overboard. They explained the treatments, what to expect, and what to watch for. My cat was EXTREMELY stressed out but they treated him like an old friend even though this was his first visit. The Cambridge Cat Hospital's level of care, professionalism, and empathy has made them my vet clinic of choice! Thank you!
